Tom Kha Gai | Thai Recipes

Tom Kha Gai Recipe Ingredients:

* 350 grams chicken fillet, cut the length of size 1 × 5 cm
* Mushroom (White) 150 grams, dip in boiling water, drained
* 7 pieces of red chili, crushed
* 400 ml chicken broth
* 800 ml coconut milk from 1/2 coconut

Tom Kha Gai Seasoning recipe:

* 3 stalks lemongrass
* 6 cm galangal
* 4 pieces of kaffir lime leaves
* Lime juice 3 tablespoons
* 2 tablespoons fish sauce
* Granulated sugar 1/2 teaspoon
* Salt to taste

How to Make Tom Kha Gai:
1. Combine chicken broth, lemon grass, galangal, and kaffir lime leaves. Simmer over medium heat until boiling.
2. Add chicken, mushrooms, salt, lime juice, fish sauce and sugar. Cook until done.
3. Pour the coconut milk and add the cayenne pepper, and cook, stirring frequently, until boiling. Remove and serve.
