Ingredients:
* 8 sachets of tea bags
* 400 ml boiling water
* 50 grams sugar
* 100 ml heavy cream
* 150 grams of fruit cocktail ready to use
* Ice cubes to serve.
Caramel:
* 50 grams sugar
* ½ teaspoon lemon juice
How to Make:
* Dip the tea into boiling water, let stand for 5 minutes
* Make the caramel: heat the pan, put sugar and let stand until melted, add lemon juice, stirring until blended.
* Add water a little warm tea while stirring. Lift and chill.
* Tata fruit cocktail in a glass, add the lemon cream mixture and the ice cubes and serve
